No desk fee and :
- Full Status Agents (A class) earn up to 80% commission.
- Full Status Agents (B class) earn up to 70% commission.
- Full status Agent (class C) earn up to 60% commission.
- Intern Agents earn from 50% commission.
- intern agents with less 6 months experience pay R1500(once off )registration fee.

Branch set up and operation:
- Branch set up fee of R7850.(once off fee)
- Retainer fee of R2 500/Branch per month per site
- Royalty Fee of 10% on both sales and rental
- Royalty Fee of 1% of monthly turnover for marketing and PR
- Agent retainer fee R200 / Agent per month
- Property 24 and private property will be at the cost of the Branch.
- Branch territory to Sell/Rent: Anywhere in South Africa, with some exceptions.
- Office site at 3km radius from another office but all agents allowed to sell or rent in any radius area.
- Recruit as many agents you want as per LIFELIZABETH PROPERTIES participation quota
